Standard mainland UK delivery is free on some products, £3.95 for small items, £5.95 for medium items, £7.95 for large items or free when you spend over £100.
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment, deliveries are Monday – Friday (excluding bank or public holidays). Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to reasons outside of our control, but we will keep you updated if this is the case.

If you are not happy with your purchase from Paper Moon Boutique, then you can return the items for a refund (this applies to online purchases only).
Please email us at email@example.com before you return any item, so we can give you the correct return address details and to enable us to start processing your return.
Please return your items within 10 working days for a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage cost. Parcels are returned at your own cost and we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage. Items must be returned in a perfect unused condition, in the original packaging.
Paper Moon Boutique cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the parcel is packaged carefully and items are well protected, ensuring that the goods will not be damaged in transit, otherwise we may not be able to refund your items. Please make a note of the reason for returning the parcel and supply contact details in case we have a query. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods, it can take up to 10 days for a refund to appear on your PayPal, credit card or bank statement.
On the rare occasion that items are received damaged or faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this time-frame. Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced.
